Finnish melodic metallers Children Of Bodom have been a little quiet on the new music front for a couple of years now, but in a recent interview with Metal Wani, bassist Henkka Seppälä confirmed that the band will be hitting the studio in March 2018, and should be releasing a new record later that year!

On the subject of writing new music, Henkka said "We're in the middle of writing, so it's very exciting times for us because we have almost half of the record already written. After this [U.S. tour], we go back to finish the writing and then hit the studio in the spring."
